From the very beginning, Trey treat me with dignity and made me feel like I had called the right person/company. Turns out my machine was not repairable, but went to extent to find a comparable machine.  I so appreciated his efforts as I"m somewhat handicapped and it us hard to shop. This turned out to be the best experience for "home repair" ever.  Trey is very knowledgeable, nice, respectful, reasonable, and I feel honest.
